Part 2 - Cue Card - Self Improvement

Talk about a skill or personal quality you want to improve.

You should say:
- What the skill or personal quality is
- Why you want to improve it
- What steps you have taken (or plan to take) to improve it
And explain how you think improving this skill or personal quality will benefit you in the future.

Part 3

Topic: Personal Development

  • How do you typically set goals for your personal growth? Do you have any specific strategies or methods?
  • Can you describe a time when you faced a challenge or obstacle in your personal growth journey? How did you overcome it?
  • What role do mentors, coaches, or role models play in your personal development? Can you provide an example of someone who has guided you?

Topic: Professional Goals

  • What are your primary professional goals for the coming years? How do you plan to achieve them?
  • When do people in your country typically make significant decisions about their career paths? What factors might influence their choices?
  • How might people stay motivated and focused on achieving their professional goals? Do you have any routines or practices that help you stay on track?
