Do You Think There Are Too Many Advertisements in Society Today?

Questions aboutadvertisements Do you think there are too many advertisements? (in society/on TV/in magazines and newspapers/on the street) Personally, I don’t think there are too many. I mean the advertising industry employs a lot of people, so that’s a good thing, right? Before, adverts were common in newspapers, magazines, and other published material, and on TV and radio. But now with advances in technology, and since everyone has a mobile phone, probably the biggest growth area for ads has been online, through websites, apps and so on, and better technology now has made it easier now to product large scale advertisements such as billboards and huge banners too. For example, the buses and other large vehicles you see with adverts on them – in the past the ads would have to have been painted on them by hand, but now printing technology makes it much easier, quicker and cheaper to produce such things – so naturally there are more of them. In the future, there’ll probably be even more ads everywhere as brands and businesses get even more creative than they...
