Describe a person who solved a problem in a smart way There are many examples of people who have solved problems in smart ways , but one example that comes to mind is a co-worker of mine who was having trouble printing documents from her computer. She had tried many different methods to fix the problem , but nothing worked. Finally, she decided to call the help desk for assistance. The help desk technician told her that she needed to install a new printer driver. My colleague was skeptical, but she decided to try it anyway. And it worked! She was able to print documents from her computer without any problems . By using a smart solution (installing a new printer driver), my colleague was able to solve her problem quickly and easily. Sometimes, solving problems needs help from someone with more knowledge or a different perspective. In this case, the help desk technician knew printer drivers that my colleague did not have.
