Describe a person who solved a problem in a smart way There are many examples of people who have solved problems in smart ways , but one example that comes to mind is a co-worker of mine who was having trouble printing documents from her computer. She had tried many different methods to fix the problem , but nothing worked. Finally, she decided to call the help desk for assistance. The help desk technician told her that she needed to install a new printer driver. My colleague was skeptical, but she decided to try it anyway. And it worked!
