MyFitnessPal is an app that allows you to track all your macros and exercise to help you hit your fitness and nutrition goals. It’s really neat – you can input all the food you eat every day and it tells you what all the macronutrient content is – the macros – such as protein, carbohydrates (carbs), and fat, and you can also use it to input the exercise you do regularly and then it calculates the calories you’ve consumed and burnt off doing various activities so that you can see if you have a calorific deficit or surplus.
