Sample Answer:No, whether or not the parents are educated or not wouldn’t really make a difference.
The only thing which might make a difference is if a parent was an expert in education. But such parents are a small fraction of the general population, so it’s not even worth considering.
The government, education authorities and school boards have access to experts in the field of education, so I don’t see any added value in getting input from parents as well.
Education is a complex issue and there are trends and data which parents are unaware of even though they may be well educated in their own professional field.
They can’t be as well informed as education consultants or researchers regarding current teaching methods, children’s needs, and problems within the education system which need solving, and so on.
I think it’s something best left to the experts who know what they’re talking about.
